823 - Bank Lecturer in Housing Practice
Temporary Part Time, Hours as required.
£28,726 - £36,873 (Bar £32,693)
Candidates holding TQFE will commence on £31,577 per annum
You will
deliver subjects on the CIH Level 4 Certificate and level 5 Diploma in Housing
within the Faculty of Education & Society to a diverse range of candidates
with a blended learning approach .
As a
professional member of the teaching staff of the College, you will be
responsible for the preparation and facilitation of workshops and development
of on line resources and materials to support workshops and assessment; the assessment
and resulting of candidates and maintaining Quality assurance standards and the
support, mentoring and guidance activity of cohorts through on line media ,where
required.
We would
require availability from April. As a developer, you will be required to
produce high quality learning materials and activities to support the programme
of study across all modules of the course and make available for the delivery
team by robust and tight deadlines .
The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree level qualification or
equivalent, along with recent broad and demonstrable practitioner /
professional experience in the field of housing practice.
Previous teaching experience is desirable but
not essential, registration with the appropriate professional bodies is
desirable. The successful candidate will be a self starter with excellent
interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate learning to individuals with a
variety of learning styles and levels of practice experience.
