Fixed Term: Until the end of Academic Year 2025/26 

Contract Type: Bank position – hours as required 

Salary: £41,838– £50,359 per annum, pro rata (Candidates holding TQFE will commence on £48,227 per annum, pro rata)

 

This is an opportunity to join a team delivering courses in Childhood Practice and Early Education.  You will teach both academic and vocational subjects at a range of levels to a diverse group of students.   

As a professional member of the teaching staff of the College, you will be responsible for the preparation of lessons; the teaching of students and the marking and assessment of their work.

To apply for this position, you must have a relevant qualification at SCQF level 9 or above and a relevant Professional Qualification, coupled with recent and relevant vocational experience.  The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills (with a working knowledge of MS Office), good communication skills, and have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively. Previous teaching experience is desirable but not essential.
