Apprenticeship Officer (Workforce Development)
Fixed-Term Post (12 months from appointment)
Full Time (35 hours per week)
Salary: £33,276 - £35,791 (The successful candidate will commence at £33,276 per annum)

Are you passionate about Apprenticeships and shaping the next generation of talent?
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Apprenticeship Officer to support the co-ordination and administration of our apprenticeship programmes.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring apprentices and employers are fully supported throughout their journey, contributing to a smooth, well-organised, and engaging experience. You will maintain high standards of accuracy and organisation, while effectively monitoring and tracking learner progress to support programme success.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational, communication, and ICT skills, with a methodical approach and the ability to present, analyse, and manage data confidently.
Applicants should hold a relevant HNC or SVQ Level 3 (SCQF Level 6) qualification, or equivalent, and/or have demonstrable experience working with national training programmes, particularly those delivered in partnership with Skills Development Scotland.
